For those not really sure what all this debate about Proportional Representation, STV, AV etc. is all about, this short video presented by John Cleese is excellent! Although originally a party political broadcast by the Alliance (the party which morphed into the Liberal Democrats), and aimed at the election in 1985, it's absolutely bang up to date in terms of the arguments it makes.
